AI-powered triage system using Claude Sonnet via Hatz AI that analyzes infrastructure and backup alerts, makes intelligent ticket decisions, and routes notifications to Teams.
Jarvis — Device Intelligence
Chat interface that searches NinjaOne, Hudu, and Huntress simultaneously for device info. Extracts hostnames from natural language and aggregates results into unified responses.
NinjaOne Alert Pipeline
End-to-end alert processing from NinjaOne RMM webhooks through enrichment, AI triage, ticket creation in SuperOps, and Teams notification routing with daily digest batching.
Acronis Backup Monitor
Polls Acronis API every 15min for backup failures. Tracks consecutive failure streaks and auto-creates SuperOps tickets when failures hit 3+ consecutive days.
Synology NAS Management
Complete NAS lifecycle management: webhook receiver for DSM alerts that auto-creates tickets in SuperOps, plus a multi-step form for managing NAS inventory in MongoDB.
Automated Report Suite
Daily report generation at 5 AM for agent counts across platforms (NinjaOne, Huntress, ScreenConnect), firewall/router inventory, NAS device specs, and Acronis billing — all published to Hudu.
Customer Data Sync
Phone entry web form with SharePoint storage, automated hourly customer dropdown sync from SuperOps, and duplicate-aware SharePoint write operations via Microsoft Graph API.
